Alyssa Heenan has been a Registered Nurse for five years. She grew up on Hawai’i Island and attended a Hawaiian Charter School in Waimea on the west side of the island, which is where her love for the community began. She completed her nursing degree in Chicago, Illinois and worked there for three years. Previously, Alyssa worked in Emergency Medicine, most recently at Kona Community Hospital, and Queen’s North Hawaii Hospital. Alyssa is excited about her new career at Kona Integrative Health and is particularly interested in alternative medicine.
